The platform

The whole restaurant, on one screen.

Bills fire, tickets land, stock burns down and GST stays correct — every part talking to the next, because it is one system and not five.

The Keystonne OS billing screen mid-order, with the kitchen ticket ready to print.
The kitchen display board showing live tickets grouped by station.
The orders table listing counter and aggregator orders together.
The raw-materials screen showing stock levels and low-stock flags.
The owner dashboard showing the day-end sales summary.
  1. Billing & KOT

Three taps to a bill, and the kitchen ticket prints itself.

  2. Kitchen display

Every order on the board, timed, station by station.

  3. Online orders

Zomato and Swiggy land in the same queue as the counter.

  4. Inventory

Stock comes down as the KOT fires. Nobody counts twice.

  5. Reports

Close the day and the numbers are already written.

Point of sale

Bills in three taps, even offline.

Split a table, merge two, apply a discount, print the KOT. When the Wi-Fi drops the counter keeps selling and syncs the moment the line is back.

This is the real POS, running here in your browser — not a video.

Online orders

Every channel, one queue.

Aggregator orders arrive on the same screen as the walk-in, with the same KOT and the same reports. Your own ordering page takes UPI and pays no commission.

And every settlement is reconciled to the paisa — built in, not a paid add-on.

Inventory & AI

Name the dish. The kitchen math writes itself.

The dish planner drafts a costed recipe — ingredients, portions, margin — for your chef to correct, not obey. Stock deducts itself as tickets fire, and the low-stock alert arrives before the shelf is empty.

Keystonne AI

AI that speaks kitchen.

Three instruments, all shipped, all in the Advanced plan.

  • Voice Entry

Say the order the way you'd call it to the kitchen — in Hindi or English — and it lands as a clean, priced KOT.

  • AI dish planner

A costed recipe from a dish name, with a live margin you can argue with.

  • Menu from a photo

Photograph the printed card and the items, prices and categories come out the other side.

Reports & books

The day ends with the books done.

Fifteen reports, from item sales to menu profit. GST summaries, a P&L, and a trial balance that ties. Export to Tally or Zoho when your CA asks.

GST the way the law wrote it: a tax invoice or a bill of supply depending on your registration, per-head rounding at the invoice level, and Section 9(5) aggregator orders tagged rather than taxed twice.

Franchise HQ

Every outlet on one board.

A live leaderboard across outlets, one menu pushed from headquarters, zones and roles that match how you actually run, and royalty drafts at month end.

The HQ leaderboard ranking outlets by the day’s sales.

The numbers

Numbers we can defend.

No user counts, no invented testimonials. Four facts you can hold us to.

  • 10

    minutes to your first bill

Photograph the menu, set your GST rate, print. Counted from signup, not from setup.

  • 0

orders lost when the line drops

The till writes locally first and syncs when the connection returns. Every order carries an id, so a replay can never bill twice.

  • 2

    languages, both first-class

Hindi and English across every screen, receipt and report — not a translation bolted on at the end.

  • ₹0.00

    GST rounding drift

Per-head rounding at the invoice level, the way CGST §170 requires. Sum the heads and the invoice ties, to the paisa.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Keystonne runs in a browser on the laptop, tablet or phone you already have, and prints to most thermal printers over USB or the network.

What happens when the internet drops?

Billing continues. Orders queue on the device and sync when the line returns, and each one carries an id so a replay can never bill twice.

Is GST handled properly?

Yes — a tax invoice or a bill of supply by registration type, per-head rounding at the invoice level, and Section 9(5) aggregator orders tagged rather than taxed twice.

What happens after six months?

You pick a plan, or you don’t. Basic stays free forever with billing, KOT, KDS, inventory and GST; the paid plans add the books, AI and multi-outlet.

Does it work in Hindi?

Every screen, receipt and report is Hindi and English. Staff can run the floor in Hindi while the owner reads reports in English.

I’m on PetPooja. Can I move?

Yes. Import your menu from a CSV or a photograph of the printed card, and run both tills side by side for a week if you want to.
