What “supported” actually means.

Does a listing here mean Keystonne is a certified partner?

No. It means the product has a supported workflow for that service. Partner status, approval and commercial terms are separate matters between you and the provider, and we do not claim them on their behalf.

What is the difference between an export and an integration?

An export produces a file you hand to someone. An integration keeps two systems talking. Accounting here is the first kind, and the page says so rather than letting the word “integration” imply the second.

What if the service I use is not listed?

Then it is not supported today, and you should plan around that rather than around a roadmap. Reports and exports are the usual bridge; check your specific workflow before committing.
