FAQ
Do I need a separate tablet for each platform?
No. Once an outlet is connected, Zomato and Swiggy orders arrive in the same queue as your own — one screen, one printer, one report.
What does it cost to take UPI?
Nothing to us. The dynamic QR uses the free UPI rail, so there is no gateway cut on a UPI bill. A card or netbanking payment goes through Razorpay or Cashfree on their pricing, not ours.
Will my accountant have to change software?
No. Keystonne is never the book of record — it exports to Tally, Zoho Books and BUSY, and produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B registers, so whatever your accountant already uses keeps working.
