Finance & settlement audit in Keystonne OS, shown with sample restaurant data

MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY

Follow the money behind the meal.

01

See the business through its reports

Review sales, menu performance, expenses and financial views in the same management workspace.

02

Keep financial records connected

Use ledger, journal and payables workflows to track the events entered in your account, with a traceable financial history.

03

Investigate delivery settlements

Import supported settlement files and review detected variances against the evidence supplied. Keep expected, claimed and bank-verified amounts distinct.

04

Work with your accountant

Prepare supported accounting exports and explore GST-position and financial reports with the data available in your account.

IN PRACTICE

Expected, claimed, and actually banked.

Three different numbers that are often quietly treated as one. Keystonne keeps them apart — a balanced journal is not evidence that money arrived.

QUESTIONS YOU CAN ASK

The things you
used to guess at.

Each of these is a question about your own restaurant, answered from your own records — with the rows behind the answer in reach.

  • What did the platform say it would pay, and what arrived?
  • Which orders are missing from a settlement file?
  • What does the day close say the till should hold?
  • What does my accountant need, and in what format?

A CONNECTED WAY TO WORK

Follow the work. Keep the context.

01

Capture the operating records

02

Review reports and statements

03

Investigate exceptions

04

Follow up with the evidence

Settlement checks depend on available files, contracts and order evidence. A balanced journal alone is not a verified recovery.

WHO WORKS IN IT

One system.
Three different jobs.

Keystonne OS has owners, managers and staff. What each person can reach follows the job they do, not the screen they happen to open.

Owner

Reviews the financial picture and follows up on exceptions.

Manager

Closes the day and records what came in.

Staff

Records payment at the counter; the ledger is not their screen.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Does this replace my accountant?

No. Keystonne OS is operational truth, not your books of record. Statutory filing runs through your accountant, with supported exports in the formats they work in.

What does “bank-verified” mean here?

It means a recovery is counted only when it is matched to money that actually landed — not when a platform agrees a claim, and not when a journal balances. Settlement checks depend on the files, contracts and order evidence available.

BETTER TOGETHER

There’s more to
the whole picture.
