MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY

A local eye. A group-wide perspective.

01

See the group and the detail

Review outlet performance together, then move into the location that needs your attention.

02

Compare with context

Use HQ rollups and outlet comparisons to understand sales and operating patterns across your business.

03

Give each role the right view

Keep staff workflows focused while managers and owners have access suited to their responsibilities.

04

Ask a question across the group

Use KAI to investigate performance patterns with the outlet data available to your account.

IN PRACTICE

Compare, then go and look.

A rollup that only ranks outlets is a scoreboard. The point is to move from the difference into the location and find out what is behind it.

QUESTIONS YOU CAN ASK

The things you
used to guess at.

Each of these is a question about your own restaurant, answered from your own records — with the rows behind the answer in reach.

  • Which outlet is drifting from the rest?
  • Is this a menu difference or an operating one?
  • Which location closes cleanly, and which does not?
  • What does the group look like this week versus last?

A CONNECTED WAY TO WORK

Follow the work. Keep the context.

04

Support the next decision

Chain plans require at least two outlets. Scope, onboarding and usage allowances are confirmed for your rollout.

WHO WORKS IN IT

One system.
Three different jobs.

Keystonne OS has owners, managers and staff. What each person can reach follows the job they do, not the screen they happen to open.

Owner

Works across the group and moves between locations.

Manager

Runs their own outlet, with their own scope.

Staff

Works in one location, in one workspace.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

How many outlets does this need?

The Chain plan starts at two. A single restaurant does not need it, and nothing here is withheld from a single-outlet account that it would otherwise have.

Can a manager see other outlets?

Access is scoped by role and by the outlets a person belongs to. A manager sees their own; what an owner sees is the group.

BETTER TOGETHER

There’s more to
the whole picture.
