Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a subscription charge can be refunded, how to ask, and what happens to the tax invoice.

This policy applies to subscription charges for Keystonne OS, raised by Kerning Design LLP, LLPIN AAS-6453. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

During the free launch period

Keystonne OS is free for the advertised launch window. Nothing is charged during the free launch period, so there is nothing to refund. This policy starts to matter for your business the first time a subscription charge is raised.

Refunds

Any subscription charge can be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge. You do not have to give a reason.

Write to support@keystonne.in from the email address on the account, within 7 days of the charge, saying which charge you mean. We refund to the original payment method — we cannot send a refund anywhere else. After we process it, when the money arrives is up to your bank or card issuer.

Charges older than 7 days are not refundable. Cancel instead, as below.

What happens to the tax invoice

A tax invoice is a statutory document: we never edit or delete one. When we refund a charge we issue a GST credit note against the original invoice, quoting its number and the reason. Both documents stay in your billing history, and both are what your accountant should see.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • the autopay mandate is cancelled, so no further charge is raised,
  • your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for,
  • and your data stays available for export throughout, and for a winding-down period afterwards, as described in the Terms.

Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. If you are within 7 days of the charge, ask for a refund as above.
