What each plan includes

The four plans and what each one adds, what the free launch window actually grants, and what changes on the day it ends.

Your first six months are everything, free

Every business gets every capability free for six months from the day it signs up. Not the top plan's subset — everything, multiple restaurants included. There is no separate trial and no card is asked for; the launch window *is* the trial.

The plan screen shows the date it ends for your business.

The four plans

Prices, your current plan and its status are all on the plan screen. This is what each one contains.

Basic — billing, the whole inventory and menu side, the settlement auditor, and a taste of the assistant.

Grow adds Financials — the books, statements and payroll surfaces — the auditor's heavier work, sending menu and availability changes out to partner platforms, and scheduled reports.

Advanced adds the full assistant: the one that chains its own lookups, proposes work for you to approve, writes you a brief without being asked, reads photographs, and talks to your customers. It also adds WhatsApp campaigns, the marketing suite, and guest conversations.

Chain adds multiple restaurants. It is priced per outlet with a minimum of two, and per outlet it costs less than Advanced does.

Allowances, not just switches

Each plan carries a monthly assistant allowance and a monthly messaging allowance, and for the assistant the allowance is the real limiter rather than the feature flag. Basic genuinely includes the assistant — a small amount of it. When the month's allowance runs out, every assistant surface falls back to showing your verified figures directly, which is exactly the same thing it does when the assistant is not configured at all. Nothing breaks and nothing is blocked.

One-off top-up packs exist for the months you need more.

Help is never on a plan

The help centre, help search and writing to Support work on every plan, including Basic, including a business whose problem is that a module is switched off. There is no tier that buys you support.

What happens when the launch window ends

Your plan becomes whatever subscription is live on your account, and Basic if none is. Basic stays free indefinitely.

Nothing is deleted. Screens the plan does not include stop being reachable, and an action the plan does not include says so plainly instead of failing in a way you have to guess at. Your data is all still there, and it comes back the moment the plan does.

Reading the plan screen

It shows your current plan and its state, this month's assistant and messaging use against your allowances, and — worth a look — which surface spent the assistant allowance. That breakdown is counted in tokens, which are a measure of text, not money; no figure on that card is an amount.
