One menu, different outlets: keeping the local details
Review outlet-specific availability, prices, stock and access without losing the group view.
A group view is useful when it helps you find the outlet that needs attention. The next step is local: inspect the menu, stock and operating records behind the difference.
A shared catalogue can carry local choices
An outlet can have its own dish availability and price. Review which locations sell the dish, what price applies there and how its preparation is routed. A shared dish name does not mean the operating conditions are identical.
The till and the restaurant's own menu use the applicable outlet context. External delivery platforms have separate connections and publication requirements. Do not assume a local edit has updated every partner menu.
Review stock in the selected location
Stock, reorder levels and vendors belong to an outlet context. Replenishment forecasts use that location's sales and deliveries. Before recording a purchase, receipt or movement, confirm which outlet is selected.
Recipe and cost figures depend on the ingredients, units, purchases and movements entered in the account. When two locations differ, inspect those inputs before deciding the difference is an operating problem.
Assign access to the job
Give managers access to the outlets they run. Owners can review the group; managers work within their assigned scope. Opening a screen is not a grant of access to every location.
Keep that distinction in training: a group comparison starts the investigation, while the selected outlet provides the records needed for the next decision.
Check the rollout and the plan
Prepare each outlet's menu, devices, routing, payment setup and team. A configuration tested at one location is not proof that the other location's printer or network is ready.
Multi-outlet access depends on the plan and enabled modules. After the launch period, the Chain plan starts at two outlets. Use current pricing for exact terms and allowances rather than an old quote or screenshot.
Explore HQ and Inventory, or discuss your rollout. Product screenshots use sample locations; they are not claims about a named restaurant group's results.
