Can two captains take orders on the same table?
Yes. Lines are added to the table, not to a device, so whoever is nearest can add the next round and the check stays single.
What happens if the internet drops mid-service?
Billing keeps going. The till writes locally first and syncs when the line returns, and every order carries an id so a replay can never bill twice.
Do I need new hardware for the floor?
No. It runs in a browser on the machines you have, and the captain screen is the same app on any phone. A thermal printer is the only thing worth buying if you do not already have one.
